CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT: All NEW clients are required to pay a deposit. Yes, including Groupons. Groupon’s must also provide the redemption code at least 24 hours prior to service or the appointment will not be accepted. NO SHOW: Missed appointments without prior notice impact our ability to accommodate other clients and maintain the high standards you deserve. Therefore, you will be placed on a no-book list if you are a No Show. LATE/CANCELLATION: You have a 15 minute grace period before a $10 late fee is added to your service. If the fee is not honored, you will be placed on a no-book list. RIGHT TO REFUSE: Please be advised that we have a right to refuse service in situations that pose a health or safety risk to our staff and clients. This includes instances of lice, open wounds, contagious illnesses, skin infections, and aggressive behavior.
