CANCELLATION POLICY
NO SHOW: Missed appointments without prior notice impact our ability to accommodate other clients and maintain the high standards you deserve. Therefore, you'll be charged a no-show fee of 50% of your service if you miss an appointment WITHOUT prior notice. You will be placed on a no-book list until the fee is paid. LATE/CANCELLATION: You have a 15 minute grace period before a $10 late fee is added to your service. You will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of service is added to your next service if you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving a minimum of 4 hours notice prior to the start of the appointment. If the fee is not honored, you will be placed on a no-book list. RIGHT TO REFUSE: Please be advised that we have a right to refuse service in situations that pose a health or safety risk to our staff and clients. This includes instances of lice, open wounds, contagious illnesses, skin infections, and aggressive behavior.
